Both certifications are earned in a single trip to Scottsdale at a tuition of $2,695. Participants can also add same-day PRP and microneedling certification from 1 PM to 5 PM to make it a four-procedure day — Botox, dermal filler, PRP, microneedling, and exosomes all certified in 23 total CME hours combining the online and live components. The four-procedure bundle is currently priced at $4,290 (sale from $4,790). This is the most efficient training day available anywhere in Arizona for providers entering aesthetic medicine.

Do I need to be Arizona-licensed to attend Phoenix Botox training?

No. Our Phoenix Botox certification course is open to medical professionals licensed in any U.S. state, not just Arizona. Many of our Scottsdale Botox training attendees travel from neighboring states (California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado) for the convenience of the Phoenix location and the availability of small-group instruction. Arizona-licensed naturopathic medical doctors (NMDs), dentists, and other state-recognized prescribers may also attend the online portion and perform hands-on procedures within their legal scope of practice in Arizona. All participants must hold an active U.S. medical, nursing, or applicable license to participate in hands-on injection.

How does Phoenix Botox certification compare to online-only Botox training?

Online-only botulinum toxin training provides excellent foundational education in pharmacology, anatomy, treatment design, and complication management, and is appropriate for some providers — particularly those who already have access to local hands-on mentorship in their own practice. Is Phoenix Botox training recognized for Arizona scope of practice requirements?

Arizona has clarified that registered nurses and advanced practice registered nurses performing aesthetic injection procedures should complete CME-accredited training in the procedures they perform.
