⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Course Reviews
I took the hands-on toxin/filler and hands-on PRP/microneedling courses on the same day. I highly recommend this cme for all physicians looking for training because it is taught by a physician (very rare) and recommends only FDA approved indications/treatment options. I appreciate his approach in discussing the clinical data and recommendations on treatments aimed at efficacy - not for the sole purpose of extracting every last cent out of a client. I know it is a business in the end but most of what others recommend take s only into account maximizing profits without regard for true efficacy. As a physician, we are trained to recommend and provide treatments that are safe and efficacious above all else. Making money is secondary when treating real human beings. Thank you Dr. Zango!
Read MoreTraining with Dr. Huyen was relaxed and enjoyable. I feel much more confident starting Tox/Fillers and Microneedling with PRP in practice now. I am glad I did both courses and look forward to more advanced courses through PracticalCME with Dr. Huyen as an incredible instructor.
Read MoreDr. Amy BairWhite Sands Medical GroupI recently completed the PRP and Microneedling training, and I found both the online and in-person portions excellent. The online course was very easy to comprehend—educational, informative, and well-structured. As a registered nurse and licensed esthetician, I’m excited to add microneedling to my practice and offer this promising service to my clients. I truly look forward to seeing the skin transformations it can bring. The in-person training was smooth and well organized. Dr. Zengo was not only clear and thorough in his explanations, but he also shared valuable moral insights about practicing responsibly in this field. He answered all of our questions with patience and demonstrated mastery of the subject matter. Overall, I feel confident and inspired after this training and would highly recommend it to others looking to expand their skills in aesthetic treatments.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions About PRP & Microneedling Training
Who is eligible to take PRP and microneedling training courses?
PracticalCME’s Regenerative Aesthetics™ certification (covering PRP, microneedling, and exosomes) is open to physicians (MD and DO), nurse practitioners (NP), physician assistants (PA), and registered nurses (RN). Naturopathic doctors (ND) in Washington, California, and Arizona are also eligible. Non-US licensed providers and other licensure types such as aestheticians may enroll in the online course only and are not eligible for hands-on training in the United States. All participants must practice within their state’s scope-of-practice regulations.
Is PRP training CME accredited, and how many credits will I earn?
Yes. The PracticalCME Regenerative Aesthetics™ online module is jointly provided by Global Education Group and PracticalCME, LLC, and is accredited through the ACCME. Physicians earn up to 7.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for the online course. Nurse practitioners receive 7.75 AANP contact hours, and RNs earn 7.75 ANCC contact hours. The optional live hands-on session adds 5 additional hours, for a combined total of 12.75 contact hours. PAs may claim up to 7.75 hours of Category 1 credit through AAPA acceptance of ACCME-certified activities.
What is the difference between online PRP certification and hands-on PRP training?
PracticalCME uses a blended FAST TRACK® model. You first complete a 7.75-hour, self-paced online course backed by 60+ peer-reviewed literature references covering PRP science, microneedling technique, exosome therapies, patient selection, contraindications, and complication management. Upon passing the online post-test you receive your first CME certificate. The optional 5-hour live hands-on session is MD-taught in small groups averaging 4 students, where you perform microneedling and—at clinical office sites—spin and inject PRP on live patients under direct physician supervision. Completing the hands-on earns a second certificate. The online course can be taken as a standalone certification.
How much does PRP and microneedling certification cost, and is financing available?
The online-only Regenerative Aesthetics™ course is $1,795. Blended online-plus-hands-on pricing varies by city, typically ranging from $2,095 to $2,595 depending on location. You can save significantly by bundling with Botox and dermal filler training in the 4-Procedure FAST TRACK® package, which includes all four certifications in a single day. 0% financing is available at checkout through Affirm, so you can spread payments over time with no interest.
Where are PRP training classes held, and how do I register?
PracticalCME offers live hands-on Regenerative Aesthetics™ training in 13 cities nationwide: Atlanta, New York (Long Island), Washington DC (Falls Church, VA), Charlotte, Orlando/Daytona Beach, West Palm Beach, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix (Scottsdale), Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles (Santa Ana, CA), and San Diego. Classes are held on Saturdays and are limited to 5 students per session for maximum one-on-one MD instruction. You can view upcoming dates and register directly at practicalcme.com. Upon registration you receive immediate access to begin the online course, so you arrive at your hands-on date prepared and confident.
Cosmetic Platelet-Rich Plasma Hands-On Certification with Microneedling Training
Since 2008, PracticalCME has been a leader in small-group, hands-on PRP Training. Moreover, our Cosmetic PRP Course is also combined with a complete Microneedling Curriculum as well. Therefore, you will learn two of the most sought after injectable cosmetic treatments in one certification course. This effectively covers both the PRP Facelift and PRP Facial in one Training.
As a result, over 98% of our attendees rate our PRP Training Course “excellent” and would recommend PracticalCME’s certification to a friend or colleague.

- Hands-on courses are limited to 4-6 providers for each 1 MD instructor
One-on-One Small Group PRP and Microneedling Hands-On Training.
Because our MD instructors average 10 years of experience, your semi-private hands-on experience is second to none. You get to perform your own medical microneedling at all sites and inject real PRP spun from one of your own patients at our private MD office sites (West Palm Beach, Washington DC, Orlando/Daytona Beach, Los Angeles (Irvine, CA), New York, Charlotte). In addition, we only use FDA-cleared microneedling pens and PRP isolation devices, and have NO sponsors controlling our curriculum like other trainings.
Why Choose PracticalCME for your PRP Facelift Certification and Microneedling Training?
- Experienced: First, we have been in business since 2008 and have only MD instructors with at least 10 years’ experience.
- Dependable: Also, PracticalCME has never cancelled a class.
- Comprehensive: Spend as much time as you need on the online materials. Receive free updates and re-review as often as needed for 2 full years after purchase.
- Prepared: Because everyone learns the online material in advance, you already know the basics when you attend the live date.
- Personalized: Since no hands-on class has more than 6 participants, you will get the most personalized, one-on-one instruction.
- Helpful: Finally, customizable consents and patient instruction forms can be downloaded from the online course for use in your own practice.
In conclusion, no training course alters the legal scope of practice as defined by the medical/nursing boards in your home state/country. Therefore, please review all state/country requirements for supervision for these procedures prior to adding them to your practice
