About PracticalCME’s Atlanta 4-Procedure FAST TRACK® Training (Maximum 5 Attendees)
This FAST TRACK® (Accredited online training modules followed by live hands-on session) 4-Procedure course combines Botox, Dermal Filler, Microneedling with PRP, Exosomes, and Red LED Therapy into a single Saturday at PracticalCME’s Atlanta hands-on training location convenient to Atlanta, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Alpharetta, Marietta, Decatur, and the broader North Georgia and Southeast region. PracticalCME is the original author of the first CME-accredited PRP and microneedling curriculum (2014) and has delivered CME-accredited Botox and Filler training since 2012. Both curricula are updated continuously as new products and modalities (Letybo, Daxxify, exosomes, red LED) enter aesthetic practice. Purchasing the 4-Procedure bundle delivers both course certifications at a meaningful discount over registering for the Botox/Filler and Regenerative Aesthetics courses separately.
Your Day in Atlanta (Maximum 5 hands-on participants)
- 8:00 AM: Check-in, Botulinum Toxin review and Q&A, Live Reconstitution and Treatment Planning
- 9:00 AM: Botulinum toxin hands-on. 20 units of BTX-A per attendee under MD supervision across the FDA standard treatment indications
- 10:15 AM: Dermal filler review and treatment planning. Injection practice using dermal filler syringes trainers to simulate injection pressure needed.
- 10:45 AM: Dermal filler hands-on. Up to 1cc of hyaluronic acid filler per attendee for lip border and body, nasolabial folds, and/or marionette line treatment
- 12:30 PM: Botox and Filler hands-on certificate of completion issued (4.5 hours). Lunch provided from 12:30 to 1:00 PM.
- 1:00 PM: Regenerative Aesthetics check-in, Microneedling review and Q&A. Patient face wash and application of anesthetic cream.
- 2:15 PM: Microneedling treatments performed 2 attendees per patient under direct supervision. Patients provided by attendees or attendees may receive treatment.
- 3:30 PM: PRP preparation review and activation importance
- 4:30 PM: PRP treatment planning, Exosome theory and practice, Red light theory and practice, packaging treatments for success.
- End of Session (approximately 6:00 PM): Regenerative Aesthetics 5-hour hands-on certificate of completion issued, plus your 15 CME certificate downloadable from the two online modules.

Who Attends This Course
Physicians (MD/DO), nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and dentists licensed to perform injectable aesthetic and regenerative procedures within their state scope of practice. The 4-Procedure bundle is especially popular with attendees launching or expanding a medspa menu who want all core injectable and regenerative modalities in a single training day. Experienced injectors use the bundle to add formal CME credentials across multiple procedures at once for liability insurance, hospital credentialing, or medspa employment requirements. The maximum class size of 5 students ensures each attendee receives individual MD supervision through every injection and treatment.
Who Teaches in Atlanta
Live hands-on training in Atlanta is led by Gregory Zengo, MD, PracticalCME’s founder and lead medical director since 2008. Dr. Zengo has 24 years of botulinum toxin injection experience, trained by Dr. Jean Carruthers in 2001 (the physician who first identified the cosmetic application of botulinum toxin), and authored the world’s first CME-accredited PRP and microneedling training in 2014. He teaches both online curricula that pair with your Atlanta hands-on date, so you have the same MD instructor across every portion of the course and the same instructor available for two years of post-training clinical support across all four procedures.
Travel to Atlanta
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is the world’s busiest airport with direct flights from every major U.S. metro. Our Atlanta hands-on training location is accessible from ATL by rideshare, rental car, or MARTA rail connections. Attendees traveling from out of state for the full-day 4-Procedure bundle typically arrive Friday evening and depart Sunday morning. Many combine training weekend with time to explore Atlanta’s medical and aesthetic district.
The ACCME Triple Accreditation Advantage
As of June 1, 2026, both of PracticalCME’s Atlanta Botox and Filler training and Regenerative Aesthetics training are ACCME triple-accredited, awarding direct contact hours in three accreditation systems simultaneously for each course: AMA Category 1 Credit for physicians and PAs, AANP contact hours for nurse practitioners, and ANCC contact hours for registered nurses, each including pharmacology hours. Taking both courses in a single day earns 15 total direct CME contact hours in each system (7.25 Botox/Filler + 7.75 Regenerative Aesthetics), not equivalency conversion credits. For NPs and RNs who face state board requirements for pharmacology-specific continuing education, these hours satisfy those requirements across multiple procedure categories in one Saturday.
Course Access and Credit Policy
Course logins and passwords for both the Botox/Filler and Regenerative Aesthetics online modules are delivered via email shortly after order completion. Both online components must be completed and passed prior to the live hands-on date. Online course access and free updates continue for two years from purchase for each module. The live hands-on certificates are issued at the completion of each session (Botox/Filler at 12:30 PM, Regenerative Aesthetics at approximately 6:00 PM). Please note that spun PRP is not performed in the hotel-based Atlanta training setting. The PRP module in this session covers injection technique and treatment planning in demonstration format; attendees applying PRP in practice will use their own practice centrifuge and processing kit after training, following protocols covered in the online course.
Common Questions About Registering
How soon can I start the online courses after I register?
Your login credentials for both the Botox/Filler and Regenerative Aesthetics online modules arrive by email within minutes of order completion. You can start either or both online components the same day you register. Both modules must be completed before the live hands-on date.
What happens if I need to reschedule to a different Atlanta date?
Rescheduling to another Atlanta date (or to another PracticalCME city) is available per our terms. Contact us directly if your date needs to change after registration.
Can I bring a specific patient (or patients) for my hands-on treatments?
Yes. All attendees provide their own patient (typically a friend or family member) for live supervised Botox and filler injection in the morning session. For the afternoon microneedling session, patients are either provided by attendees or attendees may receive the treatment themselves. We will send you patient eligibility criteria and consent paperwork for both procedure sets after registration. You choose which areas to treat based on your patient’s anatomy and goals.
What is the price advantage of the 4-Procedure bundle versus registering for each course separately?
The 4-Procedure FAST TRACK bundle is priced at a meaningful discount compared to registering for the Botox/Filler course and the Regenerative Aesthetics course individually, saving several hundred dollars while delivering both certifications and both CME credit sets in a single Saturday.
