About PracticalCME’s Orlando (New Smyrna Beach, FL) Regenerative Aesthetics Training (Maximum 4 Attendees)

This FAST TRACKĀ® (Accredited online training module followed by live hands-on session) Regenerative Aesthetics course delivers the full PRP workflow (phlebotomy, centrifugation, activation, injection, and topical application), plus microneedling, exosomes, and red LED therapy at PracticalCME’s dedicated Orlando-area clinical training site in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The site is convenient to Orlando, Daytona Beach, Central Florida, the Space Coast, Jacksonville, and Tampa. Unlike hotel-based Regenerative Aesthetics training programs where PRP cannot be spun on site, this clinical office environment supports the complete end-to-end PRP workflow for every attendee. PracticalCME is the original author of the first CME-accredited PRP and microneedling curriculum (2014) and has updated it continuously as exosomes, red LED, and newer regenerative modalities have entered aesthetic practice.

Why Orlando’s Full Spun-PRP Workflow Matters

Most CME-accredited Regenerative Aesthetics training programs cannot deliver true end-to-end PRP hands-on because they run in hotel ballroom settings where blood draw and centrifugation cannot be performed on site. The Orlando training is held at a working clinical office with full phlebotomy and centrifuge capability, so every attendee can witness the entire treatment from phlebotomy, to centrifugation, to activation and injection, followed by topical use with microneedling.

Who Attends This Course

Physicians (MD/DO), nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and dentists licensed to perform regenerative and injectable aesthetic procedures within their state scope of practice. Many attendees are experienced injectors adding PRP, microneedling, and exosomes to a growing menu. Others are new to aesthetics and starting a medspa practice where regenerative treatments are often the first service offered. Clinicians specifically seeking supervised hands-on experience with the complete spun-PRP workflow (phlebotomy through injection) often choose the Orlando site over hotel-based Regen aesthetics programs for this reason. The maximum class size of 4 students ensures each attendee receives individual MD supervision through every procedure.

Who Teaches in Orlando

Live hands-on training in Orlando is led by Theresa Huyen, MD, a residency-trained internist with over 8 years of botulinum toxin, dermal filler, PRP, microneedling, and regenerative aesthetics experience. Dr. Huyen is the founder and medical director of Transform Aesthetic Center in New Smyrna Beach, FL, which also serves as PracticalCME’s dedicated Central Florida training site. She has extensive experience training and supervising aesthetic nurses and nurse practitioners. Your online course instructor is Gregory Zengo, MD, PracticalCME’s founder and lead medical director since 2008 who authored the world’s first CME-accredited PRP and microneedling training in 2014.

Travel to Orlando

PracticalCME’s Orlando training site is located in New Smyrna Beach, FL, approximately one hour from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB). The site is directly accessible from I-95 and is convenient for attendees driving in from Orlando, Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Tampa, and the Space Coast. Attendees traveling from out of state typically arrive Friday evening and depart Sunday morning. Many combine training weekend with time to explore Central Florida’s beaches and attractions.

The ACCME Triple Accreditation Advantage

As of June 1, 2026, PracticalCME’s Orlando Regenerative Aesthetics training is ACCME triple-accredited, awarding direct contact hours in three accreditation systems simultaneously: AMA Category 1 Credit for physicians and PAs, AANP contact hours for nurse practitioners, and ANCC contact hours for registered nurses, each including pharmacology hours. These are direct credit hours in each system, not equivalency conversion credits. For NPs and RNs who face state board requirements for pharmacology-specific continuing education, these hours satisfy those requirements in a single course.

Common Questions About Registering

How soon can I start the online course after I register?
Your login credentials arrive by email within minutes of order completion. You can start the online component the same day you register.

What happens if I need to reschedule to a different Orlando date?
Rescheduling to another Orlando date (or to another PracticalCME city) is available per our terms. Contact us directly if your date needs to change after registration.

Can I bring a specific patient for my hands-on treatment?
Yes. All attendees provide their own patient (typically a friend or family member) for live supervised PRP, microneedling treatment for face, scalp, and/or scars. All patients can be reviewed with Dr. Huyen in advance for suitability.

Does Orlando include the full PRP workflow, or just PRP injection technique?
Yes to the full workflow. Unlike hotel-based Regen training programs that cannot spin PRP on site, the Orlando training lets each attendees experience hands-on in the entire PRP isolation, activation, injection and topical use with microneedling.Ā  This is why Orlando is a popular choice for clinicians who specifically want supervised hands-on experience with the complete spun-PRP process before applying it in their own practice.
