About PracticalCME’s Boston (Winchester, MA) 4-Procedure FAST TRACK® Training
The 4-Procedure bundle is the fastest way to add a complete injectable and regenerative menu to your practice. In one Saturday at a working physician clinic in Winchester, MA, you perform supervised Botox and dermal filler treatments in the morning. In the afternoon you perform the full spun-PRP workflow with microneedling. Because Boston is a clinical office site rather than a hotel meeting room, PRP is drawn, spun, and applied on site, and classes are capped at 4 attendees. The site serves clinicians from Boston, Cambridge, the Route 128 corridor, the North Shore, Merrimack Valley, MetroWest, and Worcester, plus southern New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, and Vermont.

Why the Full Spun-PRP Workflow Matters
Many bundled aesthetic courses stop at demonstrating microneedling, or they use pre-made serums and never have attendees handle blood. In Boston, you perform the entire chain yourself: venipuncture, tube selection, centrifuge settings, identifying and drawing the platelet-rich layer, and then injecting and applying it topically. Combined with a morning of supervised toxin and filler, you leave with hands-on experience in every procedure you plan to offer.
Who Should Attend
The bundle is designed for physicians (MD, DO), nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and dentists. It suits clinicians launching aesthetic services who want a complete starting menu, and experienced injectors adding regenerative treatments with accredited documentation. Attendees are responsible for practicing within the scope of their own state license.
Who Teaches the Boston Course
Your live hands-on instructor for both sessions is Wynne Huang, MD, a board-certified family physician licensed in Massachusetts and the founder of Caring For All and Radiant Medispa. A graduate of Boston University’s accelerated seven-year medical program, she completed her Family Medicine residency at Tufts University, where she served as Chief Resident. She received Tufts’ Dr. Ylisabeth “Libby” Bradshaw Teaching Award in 2020 and has over a decade of aesthetic practice experience.
Both online courses are taught by Gregory Zengo, MD, PracticalCME’s founder and medical director since 2008. He trained in botulinum toxin under Dr. Jean Carruthers in 2001 and authored the world’s first CME-accredited course on PRP and microneedling in 2014.
Getting to Winchester, MA
Winchester is about 8 miles north of downtown Boston, between I-93 and I-95 (Route 128). It is roughly 20 to 30 minutes from Logan International Airport on a Saturday morning, and the MBTA Commuter Rail Lowell Line stops at Winchester Center and Wedgemere. Manchester-Boston Regional Airport is another option. Because this is a full-day course with an 8:00 AM start, attendees traveling from outside New England usually arrive Friday evening. The exact address and parking details arrive with your registration confirmation.
The Triple-Accreditation Advantage
Both online courses are accredited through the joint providership of Global Education Group and PracticalCME. Together they provide 15 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for physicians and PAs, 15 AANP contact hours for nurse practitioners, and 15 ANCC contact hours for registered nurses, including pharmacology hours. The two live sessions are separate, non-CME practicums documented with Hands-On Certificates of Completion totaling 9.5 hours. Licensing boards, medical directors, and malpractice carriers look for accredited training when you add new procedures.

Common Registration Questions
When do I get the online courses? Immediately. Logins for both online modules are emailed after checkout. Both must be completed and both post-tests passed before your live date.
Can I move to a different date? Yes, to another Boston date or another PracticalCME city, subject to seat availability and the Terms and Conditions.
Do I bring my own patient? Yes. Bring a friend or family member who is a good candidate for neurotoxin, filler, PRP, and microneedling. You may bring one patient for both sessions or a different patient for each. Eligibility guidelines and consent forms are sent after registration, and you are welcome to review your patient with Dr. Huang before class.
Is the full PRP workflow really included? Yes. Blood draw, centrifugation, preparation, injection, and topical application are all performed hands-on by you in the afternoon session, with all supplies included.
How does the bundle price compare with registering separately? The 4-Procedure bundle costs less than registering for the Botox & Filler and Regenerative Aesthetics courses separately, and you complete all four procedure certifications in a single Saturday. 0% financing through Affirm is available at checkout for qualified buyers.
