About PracticalCME’s Boston (Winchester, MA) Regenerative Aesthetics™ Training
PracticalCME’s Boston Regenerative Aesthetics certification teaches platelet-rich plasma (PRP), microneedling, and exosome application in a physician’s working clinic, not a hotel meeting room. You draw, spin, prepare, and apply PRP yourself under one-on-one MD supervision. With no more than 4 attendees per date, every step gets close attention. The Winchester site serves clinicians from Boston, Cambridge, the Route 128 corridor, the North Shore and Merrimack Valley, MetroWest and Worcester, and across New England, including southern New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, and Vermont.

Why Learning the Full Spun-PRP Workflow Matters
Many “PRP” courses stop at demonstrating microneedling, or they use pre-made serums and never have attendees handle blood. That leaves you unable to offer genuine PRP treatments when you return to your practice. In Boston, you perform the entire chain yourself: venipuncture, tube selection, centrifuge settings, identifying and drawing the platelet-rich layer, and then injecting and applying it topically. Because training takes place in a working clinic, you see the setup, flow, and timing you will need to run PRP services in your own office.
Who Should Attend
This course is designed for physicians (MD, DO), nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and dentists who want to add evidence-based regenerative skin treatments. Attendees are responsible for practicing within the scope of their own state license. No prior PRP experience is needed, but completing the online course and post-test before the live date is required.
Who Teaches the Boston Course
Your live hands-on instructor is Wynne Huang, MD, a board-certified family physician licensed in Massachusetts and the founder of Caring For All and Radiant Medispa. A graduate of Boston University’s accelerated seven-year medical program, she completed her Family Medicine residency at Tufts University, where she served as Chief Resident. She received Tufts’ Dr. Ylisabeth “Libby” Bradshaw Teaching Award in 2020 and has over a decade of aesthetic practice experience.
The online course is taught by Gregory Zengo, MD, PracticalCME’s medical director since 2008. He authored the world’s first CME-accredited course on PRP and microneedling in 2014.
Getting to Winchester, MA
Winchester is about 8 miles north of downtown Boston, between I-93 and I-95 (Route 128). It is roughly 20 to 30 minutes from Logan International Airport on a Saturday, and the MBTA Commuter Rail Lowell Line stops at Winchester Center and Wedgemere. Manchester-Boston Regional Airport is another option for attendees flying in. The exact address and parking details arrive with your registration confirmation.
The Triple-Accreditation Advantage
The online Regenerative Aesthetics™ course is accredited for 7.75 hours through the joint providership of Global Education Group and PracticalCME. That means AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for physicians and PAs, AANP contact hours for nurse practitioners, and ANCC contact hours for registered nurses. The live session is a separate, non-CME practicum documented with a 5-hour Hands-On Certificate of Completion. Accredited training is what licensing boards, medical directors, and malpractice carriers look for when you add a new procedure.
