I recently had the opportunity to attend Dr. Zengo’s regenerative aesthetics training, and it exceeded every expectation I had. This wasn’t just a course—it was a true deep dive into the science, technique, and artistry behind regenerative aesthetics. Dr. Zengo has a way of breaking down complex concepts into something that actually makes sense and can be applied confidently in practice. What stood out most to me was the focus on **intentional treatment planning**—not just doing procedures, but understanding *why*, *when*, and *how* to achieve natural, elevated results. The hands-on training was thorough, the environment was supportive, and the level of detail was unmatched. I left feeling not only more skilled, but more aligned with the kind of provider I want to be—thoughtful, precise, and focused on long-term outcomes. If you’re considering advanced training in regenerative aesthetics, I can’t recommend Dr. Zengo enough.

Read MoreOliviaBTX and Fillers and Regenerative Aesthetics April 2026I took the hands-on toxin/filler and hands-on PRP/microneedling courses on the same day. I highly recommend this cme for all physicians looking for training because it is taught by a physician (very rare) and recommends only FDA approved indications/treatment options. I appreciate his approach in discussing the clinical data and recommendations on treatments aimed at efficacy - not for the sole purpose of extracting every last cent out of a client. I know it is a business in the end but most of what others recommend take s only into account maximizing profits without regard for true efficacy. As a physician, we are trained to recommend and provide treatments that are safe and efficacious above all else. Making money is secondary when treating real human beings. Thank you Dr. Zengo!

The online course was very easy to comprehend—educational, informative, and well-structured. As a registered nurse and licensed esthetician, I’m excited to add microneedling to my practice and offer this promising service to my clients. I truly look forward to seeing the skin transformations it can bring. The in-person training was smooth and well organized. Dr. Zengo was not only clear and thorough in his explanations, but he also shared valuable moral insights about practicing responsibly in this field. He answered all of our questions with patience and demonstrated mastery of the subject matter. Overall, I feel confident and inspired after this training and would highly recommend it to others looking to expand their skills in aesthetic treatments.

West Palm Beach PRP & Microneedling Training FAQ
Who can take PRP and microneedling training in West Palm Beach?
Our West Palm Beach PRP and microneedling certification is open to physicians (MD and DO), nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nurses practicing within their professional scope. Every attendee performs hands-on PRP and microneedling on a live patient under one-on-one MD supervision.
Where is the training held, and what areas does it serve?
Live hands-on takes place at the PracticalCME Training Center in West Palm Beach, FL. Providers travel to us from across South Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Jupiter, Port St. Lucie, and the Treasure Coast.
What CME credit and accreditation does the course carry?
The course awards 12.75 total contact hours: 7.75 hours of AMA, AANP, and ANCC accredited online instruction plus a 5-hour live hands-on certificate. It carries 0.0 pharmacology hours because PRP and microneedling are drug-free procedures.
Who teaches the West Palm Beach class?
Your live hands-on faculty is Roop Gill, MD, a board-certified plastic surgeon. The online portion is taught by Gregory Zengo, MD, PracticalCME’s medical director, who authored the first CME-accredited PRP and microneedling courses in 2014. Live classes are limited to 4 participants and average 3.
Is an accredited certification necessary, or is any certificate enough?
Many providers issue a certificate that is not CME-accredited, which boards and credentialing bodies may not accept for licensure or privileging. PracticalCME’s training is accredited by the AMA, AANP, and ANCC, so your hours count toward credentialing and license renewal.
What will I do at the hands-on session?
You assess and consent a live patient, perform a variable-depth microneedling treatment, and spin and prepare PRP for both injection and topical treatment, all under one-on-one MD supervision.
Our training in Cosmetic PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) debuted in 2014 and was the first CME approved certification course ever. Because over 60 live links to the primary literature, treatment videos and customizable consent forms, support the online FAST TRACK curriculum, the course will prepare you to offer this exciting new procedure to your patients. Then, at the live hands-on training date for PRP, you will dive deeper into indications and patient selection for the procedure and perform a variable-depth microneedling treatment on your patient with one-on-one, MD supervision.
- First, All MD Faculty with at least 10 years’ experience
- Maximum of 4 Participants per live hands-on class with an average class size of 3.
- One-on-One Supervised Injection or Microneedling treatment of your own Patient
- Complete Post-Training Support (email contact, customizable consent forms)
Why are West Palm Beach PRP Training PracticalCME Graduates More Successful?
Our PRP Training Course focuses on customizing the treatment plan to the patient’s own needs, and never follows a “cookbook” approach. For example, we teach proper activation of PRP and patient assessment so you can truly isolate the true cause of the patient’s wrinkles and effectively stop the clock on their aging process even on your first few patients, without having to see the patient back for touch-up treatments. The online course material drills these techniques home with additional treatment videos demonstrating the best technique prior to your live hands-on training class.
As a result, PracticalCME has heard from many RN’s who took our training and taught their supervising physicians a few things upon return to the office.
Space is limited, So Register Today and Start Learning Tonight
