Our Medical Director - Gregory P. Zengo, MD

Gregory P. Zengo, MD has trained hundreds of physicians in aesthetic procedures like mesotherapy and sclerotherapy, and practice building skills like natural hormone testing and balancing, and medical weight loss since early 2006. He has forged a unique blend of rigorous evidence-based instruction with practical tips, tricks, and hands-on techniques to help the new practitioner become experienced in the shortest time. By remaining in close contact with hundreds of doctors, he is always enriching the course content to make our training the most valuable anywhere.

Dr. Zengo is a board-certified OB/GYN specialist. Following his medical school at Emory University in Atlanta, he completed his residency training also at Emory. As a resident, he was awarded the title of Chief Administrative Resident and Resident Teacher of the Year. He has spent 9 years as an Assistant Professor or Clinical Instructor on the Emory faculty.

He has trained with some of the world's best practitioners in Sclerotherapy, Mesotherapy, Liposuction, and Natural Medicine. These skills have been very well-received by his patients and profitable for his practice. His practice and its adroit transition from traditional medical to a hybrid of medical/alternative/aesthetic services brought physicians from a dozen states to train one-on-one with Dr. Zengo in his Georgia offices over the past decade. Jeanne M. O'Connell, MD

Dr. O'Connell is board certified in Emergency Medicine, receiving her doctorate from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and residency in Emergency Medicine at The University of Maryland. In her final year of residency, she was appointed Chief Resident. Upon graduation, Dr. O'Connell received a faculty appointment with The University of Maryland School of Medicine where she has served as Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine for 11 years.

In 2003 Dr. O'Connell expanded her interest and practice to include Aesthetic Medicine, eventually opening The Sylvana Institute for Medical Aesthetics, in 2006. The Sylvana Institute has rapidly become the Frederick, Maryland regional leader in non invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures. Dr. O'Connell's expert skills and compassionate approach to patients in her Aesthetic Medicine practice have garnered her recognition by many as an innovative expert in this young field of medicine. Dr. O'Connell had been the featured speaker at small venues and national conferences; also providing training for many physicians her innovative techniques in Lipo-Selection, laserlipolysis, facial volume restoration and bio-identical hormone replacement. She has a keen interest in Age Management Medicine, and in light and sound based applications.

Sean Daneshmand, MD

Dr. Daneshmand is the medical director at Ageless and Beautiful Spa and Cosmetic Surgery. He received his B.S. in kinesiology from the University of California, Los Angeles and his medical degree from New York Medical College. He completed his residency in obstetrics/gynecology at University of California, Los Angeles followed by a fellowship at University of California, San Diego in perinatology or Maternal-Fetal Medicine where he now serves as a clinical instructor in the department of Reproductive Medicine.

Dr. Daneshmand is currently a perinatologist at the San Diego Perinatal Center providing services at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women. His area of expertise includes caring for women with high-risk pregnancies. He is an editor for Fit Pregnancy Magazine and has had numerous publications with a focus on amniotic fluid volume regulation.

His passion for cosmetics began in 1999 with training in procedures such as laser resurfacing, Sclerotherapy, Mesotherapy, Laser Hair Removal, Office Face Lifts (Contour Threads), Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, Botox, Peels and Liposuction. His skills in the field of cosmetic surgery and his great fondness for working with women and men who are interested in anti-aging enhancements has led him to establish the present practice known as Ageless and Beautiful.
